01 / The work

Where I make
the work move.

The common thread: connecting the details, the people, and the next decision.

Acquisition
execution

From diligence to close

Keep sellers, buyers, lenders, counsel, and operating teams aligned around the documents and decisions a transaction needs.

Due diligenceLender coordinationClosing readiness

In practice: Coordinate seller document requests and lender closing checklists.

Document requests and closing follow-up

I coordinate requests, track open items, and follow up across financial, legal, insurance, and licensing workstreams. The focus is practical: identify the gap, establish the owner, and move the item toward resolution.

Work in practice Closing checklists, seller request lists, document follow-ups, and cross-team status updates.

Document &
entity control

A dependable source of truth

Give complex document collections a usable structure, so the right entity, version, and outstanding requirement are easier to identify.

Entity recordsFile standardsSignature tracking

In practice: Build file indexes and contract and signature registers.

File naming and entity records

My systems work includes file indexes, naming conventions, rename queues, and contract and signature registers. Entity records need equal care: legal names, assumed names, ownership roles, and supporting records must stay distinct.

Work in practice Document control workbooks, entity source maps, package registers, and exception tracking.

Practical
operating systems

Built around the actual work

Translate a process into clear steps, responsibilities, and handoffs—from customer intake to production, payment, and reporting.

Workflow designRole clarityProcess automation

In practice: Map order intake and commission scenarios to responsible owners.

Order workflows and responsibility mapping

I map how work enters a business, who handles each step, and what information needs to travel with it. That includes order workflows, commission scenarios, owner assignments, and the spreadsheets and automations supporting them.

Work in practice Order and commission matrices, intake workflows, operating checklists, and structured handoffs.

A real example / Document control

Turning a crowded file collection into a working system.

Challenge Bring acquisition checklist information and document records together to support consistent file identification and naming.

My contribution I designed a workflow that connects checklist data and information extracted from monday.com to a shared file-renaming queue.

Practical result The connection now feeds information into the queue and supports automatic labeling. The workflow is operating, with labeling rules still being refined.

Examples describe areas of work. Transaction names, documents, and financial details remain confidential.

02 / My approach

Every next step
needs an owner.

Good execution is a series of clear decisions,
followed all the way through.

The question I ask

What actually needs
to happen?

Start with the decision or deliverable. Confirm the requirement, the source, and what “complete” means before assigning the work.

  • Separate a verified fact from an assumption.
  • Make the request specific enough to act on.

The output A clear requirement and a shared definition of done.

03 / About Brittany

Direct about the details.
Invested in the outcome.

I work at the intersection of acquisition coordination, administration, and operational systems.

Current role VP of Marketing & Administration, BizGro Partners, Inc.

My background spans marketing and business administration, with hands-on work coordinating buy-side acquisitions and SBA closing requirements. I connect seller requests, lender needs, legal work, and operational details so teams can see what is ready and what still needs attention.

That same mindset carries into the systems I build: a document register, an order workflow, a commission matrix, or an automation should make someone’s work clearer and easier to manage.

Newest venture: A Special T

As a partner in A Special T, a custom apparel and promotional products business, I’m developing its branding, digital presence, order workflows, and independent sales representative processes. My role brings together administration, accounting, digital marketing, and design consulting to turn the business vision into practical systems.

I value direct communication, shared accountability, and work that stands up to review.
